With PLC control and a user-friendly touch interface, it delivers stable film feeding, precise micro-dosing, and consistent heat sealing to produce clean, uniform pouches. The system supports English/Chinese operation and can be customized to match pouch structure, sealing style, and cutting requirements for different product and packaging specifications.

Simple operation and fault protection: Touchscreen + PLC control supports alarm prompts and self-diagnosis, including film-missing detection, safety door open alarms, and abnormal operation alerts with a three-color alarm light.
Convenient maintenance: Easy-to-disassemble design for cleaning, plus a rapid film splicing workbench to reduce downtime during changeovers.
Clean sealing area support: Dust removal interface is reserved above the transversal seal to help manage powder dust (collector not included), improving seal stability in dusty environments.
